What's your noise floor look like?  If you have a -67db noise floor, you
won't make that link happen.

You might want to check noise floor first and see if you have any "clean
channels" to work with.

I'd also pull that 180mw PRISM card and put a Lucent card in at Site-B.
Lucent cards seem to have better receive sensitivity than the PRISM cards
that I've used.
