I think they only have 5 or 6 pc on their network and maybe a printer or two. I think they do have one pc that they are having problems with the network card. It was completely dead, not even a link light on the network card. They are supposed to be fixing that but I don't think they have yet. All their pcs connect to an hp switch which then connects to my linksys router.

Would the switch not isolate any bad connections on the network?
Also, when the linksys box locks up, they can still access internal servers.

I hope to get out there tonight to take a close look at their internal network.

connected to the box.  I have seen a bad network card take out the boxes or
even a pc with a bad powersupply.  Try unplugging them all and bringing them
back online on at a time to see what one could be the bad apple.
