Angilberto/All,

I have attempted to help remedy the suspected "IP freeze" issue on several
networks. This recommended solutions were a combination of newer bin file
(v4.46) AND decreasing the amount of re-transmits seen by the base from
suspect CPE's. The reduction of CPE retrans has proven to be the best
ammunition to decrease the amount of "IP Freeze" lock up occurring. In some
cases the freeze has not re-occurred at all and others have been greatly
reduced.

We have not found the total solution and each occurrence are not identical.
I appreciate your feedback and have forwarded ALL result data to our
engineers. We have halted the general release of v4.46 to verify BETA
testing responses.

It is not our goal to loose customers, but we understand that you have
businesses to run and the need to keep customers happy. Angilberto, if you
would like to email me directly (or anyone else that has not already),
please provide details of your KarlNet related issues. Please email
support@karlnet.com att Reg, I will do my absolute best to address your
concerns.

Thanks

Reg Mallory
