[na-user] IC-737 with NA 9.12

I have an Icom 738, I currently use NA to key the radio in cw contest. My
NA version is 9.12 and does not list my specific rig in the radio options
list.

 My question is:

1.  can I use one of the other listed radios (IC-735,737,751,761,765,781)
to have auto  band change capability? 
2.  If I can use another radio, how do "hook" the rig up to the na
software? Do I need to use an LPT port or another com port?
