Same here Steve, although I use slightly different settings
for my HC-4 Pro Set. I believe the following recording was made
by HA5PP when I was using BW 2750, Low Cutoff 170, SP 4 (or
possibly 5), MIC 61. This is communications audio which works well
for DX-ing, contests or when you simply want yourself to be heard.
I also get unsolicited good reports in contests with this combo.

Note that he has me tuned in a little
low at the beginning which is not unusual for
all of us to do when initially tuning in stations.
In fact, I normally offset my TX by +100 Hz in
USB or -100 Hz in LSB when doing S&P in
contests to compensate for the same tendency.
