[RFI] Commission Letter

If anyone is interested, I have a letter from the WV Public Service Commission
stating the agreement that I reached with Allegheny Power a couple of 
months ago.
It's not all fixed, but I'm confident it will be, because, I have refused 
to back down on this
issue.
Man, I want to move somewhere else and do this all over again! Yeah Right.
I can't scan it, but will be glad to send anyone a copy thast would
like to see it.
