It has nothing to do with "jamming"!

It has to do with forcing an open and honest and public
demonstration of the facts -- something the massive bucks
behind BPL is invested in preventing.

There would be no jamming -- just "normal" operation of
both the BPL and Ham ops -- and everyone will then be able
to see who is telling the truth and who is lying for profit.

Even if it is "legal", I wish this jammer mentality would disappear.  If
we hams get into a pissing contest with the BPL folks, we will lose, I
assure you.

If it comes down to a catfight kind of squabble, the side with the most
money and widest audience will win.  We need to concentrate on the FCC
requirement that there be no - repeat no - harmful interference to any
existing service, including us.  That is our best hope.
