[RFI] EMI & EMC Conducted Noise Meaning?

Am looking at a multiple outlet nominal 24VDC variable power supply
(Factory Configurable 1.8 - 52VDC 80A, 80A, 14A, 40A, 40A)

On the PRF Data Sheet is states:

EMI & EMC Conducted Noise EN55022 CLASS A 130KHz - 30MHz

What does that mean, please?
