[RFI] "Quiet" RS 75 watt inverter

It is a RS number 22-133, made by enercell in China. Comes on a green 
plastic-packed card. About $40.00.

I will repeat for emphasis: I was MOST surprised to discover that it is 
almost completely quiet RF wise.

In fact, I cannot hear any noise from it at all.
