Oh, the ferrites I'm using are cheaper than the clamp one, and if it was only 
wifi, no big deal. It is the washing machines with VFDs, the switching power 
supplies, etc. all cheap and easy enough for one-two neighbors, but when you 
are talking 30 of them...
