Im not sure i understand you inference here when it comes to RFI. This amp 
operated in accordance to Part 97 is legit assuming it meets the FCC spectral 
mask. Not a bad deal really considering you have to add an external case and 
antenna switching circuitry :)

I saw the youtube video. I understand the intent to sell to a certain audience 
of operators but no reference is made in the video to exactly who. The FCC has 
to catch chicken bandera red handed on the road with such a device.
