[RTTY] CT9- Note for Wf1B users.

Due to a faux pas on my part, RTTY by WF1B places CT9 in Portugal instead of
Maderia.

The log checking software WILL place and give you credit for CT9 as Maderia,
assuming you worked the stn :)

My advice is NOT to edit your logs.
