Hey, lots of good ideas guys. Gonna check some of them out tomorrow. I know the rating of the RS-20A is 20 amps peak and 16 amps continuous, but I should be able to get more than 20 watts out. Don't think over taxing the supply is the problem. I ran my FT-840 on that supply for quite a few years (maybe that's the problem :-). Will check it out tmw. Thanks a lot guys.
