Well, just for fun, I wrote a program to see just how many US hams and
how many US possession hams were "out of area."
69526 USA hams do not reside in the call area indicated by their
license.
2517 US possessions ( and this included HI and AK ) do not reside in
their call area.
Amazingly enough, the PR boys are in Alaska in droves. Must be quite a
change in weather for them.
Maybe I'll run it against the RTTY list.
