I have an IMAC and I use bootcamp to load both the Mac OS and Windows XP.
Best of both worlds. You have to chose which to run with boot camp. There
are other options out that let you run Windows inside of the Mac OS too.

Just because Apple sells systems with Intel processors doesn't mean software
written for Mac OS X will run on Windows. It's the OS that's important, not
the hardware underneath.

When this company laptop expires, it will be happily replaced by a MacBook
Pro.
