I saw that date ( 5Feb ) from the link off the rttycontesting site.
The link ( ARRL ) goes to last years rules and date for log submission.
When I first read it I assumed they had the year ( 2008 ) wrong and
month/day correct.
I submitted what might have been the biggest checklog in RU history due to a
post rules violation last year. I had a , as they say in cricket when the
batter gets bowled , a momentary lapse of concentration.
Don't worry about it y'all will get em next year. :(
