I had the same problem with WT4Is Contest Tools and got a reply from
his help desk.
You need Microsoft Java Virtual Machine to run under Windows XP Home.
It seems not to be needed in XP Professional.
Sun Virtual Java machine doesn't work
I got a link for down loading but it doesn't work any more, after
a short search now I found the site again with new url.
http://vm.jheroen.nl/
It seems to be a Vista ready version there now.
