With quoted-printable, 8 bit characters are represented by two 7 bit "standard"
ASCII characters preceded by an equals sign which encode an 8 bit value.
"=A0" = HEX 160 = a character unprintable by any application excpecting only
standard 7 bit ASCII characters.

Hi Bill,
They're still encoded quoted-printable, as far as I can see. In raw form, it
looks like:
Call=A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0=A0=A0QSOs Mults=A0=A0=A0hr=A0 =A0 =A0 Score=
Club All SOAB HP WF2S=A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0=A0=A0192=A0=A0=A0909=A0 =A0
=A0 =A0 =A0=A0= =A077,380 ORLEANS COUNTY A.R.C OK2SFP=A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0
=A0=A0=A0130=A0 =A0 72=A0 6:10=A0 =A0=A0=A040,968 =
