See Walter's reply, Joe. The parallel, I guess, is that someone is
manipulating the spots coming from the RBN so as to drop the -# SSID and the
CQ in the comment, to make them appear to be human spots. Hard to
understand the motivation for doing so, but hopefully Walter's RTTY world
broadcast will persuade him to stop it.

The parallel with W3LPL-3 is because the spots are unwanted.
