I could easily do SO3R with RTTY. Not sure I could do it with CW or SSB.

All the instructions I have read require bandpass filters. Get good ones they are worth it.

DO NOT USE A TRIPLEXER WITHOUT FILTERS!!!

SO3R low power is manageable. However, it is much more difficult than SO2R and
if you aren't setup correctly, SO3R is not as efficient as a well setup SO2R
station. It takes a lot to get used too. Having said that, going from SO2R to
SO3R is not as hard as going from SO1R to SO2R in my opinion.

Have fun!

Thanks you all!!!!

I have participated in the last WPX in SO2R, so I am planning to do it better
and the triplexer sounds like a good idea for a little pistol like me. I am not
a QRO station, then a 200w triplexer can do fine but I think the filters are a
must, am I right? Has anyone tried them without filters?
Well, don't think so.

A friend is travelling to the States next month and if I get the money we can
give it a try. If someone is selling it, let me know.

I have to say that it is a reflector where I learn lots of things. There are
lots of big guns and great brains around.

Inrad sells a triplexer too. Low power. The only high power one I am
aware of if the 403A version.

Hi, everyone. I am looking for a triplexer. Any suggestions? I have
found lots of information but whereever is advertised is "best item
of the world".
It could be a DIY project or a manufactured product.

Thanks in advance,
