PSK63. Exchange: RST + QSO# or 2 letter UR oblast abbreviation
If you are planning to work this contest, be aware that the RTTY
speed is specified to be 75 Baud. NOT the usual speed of 45.45 Baud.
Most of the 45.45 Baud signals you will be hearing this weekend will
be ARRL Field Day stations, or the hunt for W1AW/? who will use a
different exchange.
To work both contests, you will need separate decoders: one set for
75bd and another decoder set for 45.45bd........ whichever one gives
you clear copy will tell you which exchanges to use.
