With ESM on and in "S+P" mode, changing my rig from UCW to LSB or USB,
either from the front panel or by selecting a memory with that mode
stored, caused SD to switch to "RUN" mode.
No other mode switch combination that I tried had this effect. Changing
back to CW didn't change me back to S+P mode either.
[SD doesn't remember ESM or S+P/RUN modes from session to session, and
the doc doesn't mention any INI file parameters for them; might this be
added in the future?]
