[TRLog] Re: TRLog and Win98

Thanks to all who sent me help.  I've got TRLog working just fine in a
Win98 window now (with no radios or TNC's connected).  This is what I
needed and wanted.  In a week, I'll be able to summarize the responses
and send that along to anyone who needs the same help that was given me.
