It is refreshing to see that a relative newcomer (judging by your call sign,
that is) shows concern for proper ham behavior and references the Amateur's
Code of Conduct.  Now if only ALL hams would do that and abide by our Code
of Conduct the "CB-like" activity on our bands would disappear - or am I
being idealistic.

Yuo are correct, Chuck. I did not employ a bit of levity. I suppose that I
