Yes, I believe the PM-2A was just the PM-1 with a case. The PM-1 model =
was sold for $49.95 without case. I have a PM-2A which says PM-1 on the =
front panel and has PM-2A stamped in ink on the back.

I have what appears to be a PM-1. On the front is silk-screened "Model =
PM 1", and on the bottom inside it is stamped "Powermite 1". However, on =
the back it is stamped "PM2". I guess my confusion is in the Ten Tec ads =
I have seen seem to indicate a PM-1 did not come with a case, but a PM-2 =
did. Any of you collectors know if an early PM-2 was really just a PM-1 =
with a case?

  Thanks,=20
