Seems to me that they usally run an advertisement in QST for the new rigs
several months before they hit the market and there's a footnote that
says "pending FCC approval". Anyway, I would recommend that you put the
money in a ready access CD and let it accumalate interest until they ship
your radio and the big VISA bill shows up. Meanwhile, start listening to
Dave Ramsey on the radio. He encourages grinding up your VISA card in a
blender.
