Here are the voltage readings for IC-1, LM3900, the CW filter, on the Audio 
Preamp board.
[Receive, DRIVE fully CCW.]

The LM3900 chip is very inexpensive, approx $1.00.
Get a socket too. Future replacement will be easier.
