[TenTec] Orion and DX Lab

Having some trouble getting DX Lab working.  The radio and software are 
communicating because mode works and Spotcollector will jump to a frequency 
when 
requested and display that frequency in Commander.  But in normal operation, 
the 
frequency read by the software stays at 0.000.000.

What am I doing wrong?
