I have a factory Omni VI+ (1997) and it has the temp
controlled oven oscillator. I think the TCXO is the temp
compensated oscillator...so no warmup time. My ovenized osc
seems to be fairly stable after about 15 minutes. I don't
leave the power on for the oven. I think I have more
frequency issues from the band oscillators being off a bit
and changing a few 10's of hertz.
