Steve - it's hard to hear here thru S9+20dB noise, but sounds like a
constant "beeping" of some sort at about 2/sec. Tone is not T9, and has
some soft edges on the keying, I think. (From what I can hear thru the
noise.) As heard in Austin, TX on an HV2V vertical.
