Although I had a DSP-599 that I used with my Paragon, I sold it and replaced it
with a AOR TDF-370 which I have found to be a much more effective audio DSP for
both CW and SSB. In the CW DSP mode when used with stereo headsets it has a
variable 100 - 200 - 300 Hz bandwidth with a center frequency variable from 450
to 800 Hz. In this mode one can literally tune desired signals into the center
of your head while undesired signals are rejected or are so far down the filter
skirts as to be non-existent. Currently I have a NCS Multi-Switcher which
allows me to use the AOR-370 with either my Corsair II or OMNI VI Plus.
The problem if there is one, is often I can hear DX signals but they cannot
hear me even when the Titan 425 is running max legal power to a TH-7.
