I ran a HW-32 (20m monoband) mobile for many years.
I don't recall any noise blanker.
I was on the air all the time while racing down the autobahn in my BMW.

Perhaps the cars in the early 70s did not generate so much trash.

Hi, Mike,

The closest thing to what you want might be an Elecraft KX3, driving a Hobby
PCB Hardrock 50 amplifier.  Let's see what Ten Tec comes up with in the near
future.

I have a Heath HW-100.  How did you run an HW-101 mobile without a noise
blanker?  It a great mystery to me!
