These guys have a hell of a radio for $695. https://www.ettus.com/content/files/kb/b200-b210_spec_sheet.pdf Well it's more of a heart for a radio assemblage. You'll need your i3 or i5 notebook computer. You'll also need bandpass and low pass filters. For HF-6, you'll need a transverter down from any convenient block between 70MHz and 6GHz.
