[TenTec] OT: Logging Software for Android ?

I'm looking for a simple logging software for Android.

 

I don't need any frills, just simple logging with the feature to convert the
log to Cabrillo or ADIF format.

I don't mind purchasing it if it is good.

Good software costs money.
