If the same segments are missing on several of the LED displays the
suggestion to clean and reseat the board interconnections and related
cables will probably solve the problem.  Those displays are multiplexed....
lose a signal and the failure will be common across the display board.
Just be care to ensure the connectors are not offset by a pin position when
reconnecting them.
