I am returning to Dubai again this Fall for 1 week and while I don't have the
time to bring the Battle Creek special I am shipping about 1000 feet of wire
across to build an inverted L and a beverage aimed at North America/EU.
If someone has an extra preamp they would like to LEND me for a cupla weeks I
would hand carry it and bring it back. Past tries on this band were dreadful
as
the GAP proved to be useless on receive and only slightly better as a
transmitting antenna (more like a dummy load).
