If someone wants to get on casually during the contest and use spots, as
long as he doesn't submit a log, or submits a check log, should we
care? By the same token, if a competitor wants to set up his logging
software so that he can spot people but not receive spots, does that do any
harm? Seems to me that anything we do to attract casual ops to a
relatively young contest like this is all to the good.
