Topband: screwdrivers

Hi,
anybody tried to use a (much) longer whip on any of the available screwdriver 
antennas for limited area fixed installation? Which screwdrivers will tune down 
to topband? Are these devices suitable to hold a, say, 20ft whip in strong 
winds (not mobile hi). Appreciate your advice.
