I can still remember an article around 1954 or so. I was about 13. This
article was in some electronics magazine and was the cover story. The
cover showed a soldering iron that had frost on it, a lamp that projected
a black void. The title was Contra Positive Energy discovered.
There was some vague mention at the end of the article about April that I
didn't get. I studied this for months and couldn't understand why I was
hearing about this on the news. I finally realized I had been had. It was
a good lesson that I have never forgotten.
I say keep those April fools stories coming.
