[TowerTalk] Homebrew anti-climb panels

The anti-climb panels I made, from ARRL Handbook design, simply hang 
on each tower face, individually. They're easy enough to lift off, and 
lay on the ground while climbing. 

Regarding the step ladder, it's just one more thing to shlep out to the 
tower that I'd rather not do - dumb answer?
