Ditto here (almost).  I have a CC rotary dipole placed parallel to the
boom of my 4 el quad and 1 foot above it.  Antenna modeling (with a
full sized dipole) and careful measurements while installing showed no
interaction.  I am not sure what would happen with a D3 dipole.
