[TowerTalk] Identifying EHS wire

The "right hand" versus "left Hand" is the same as with bolts and wood
screws.  If the guy stock looks like it twists the same way as a common
bolt, its NOT EHS.
It does not matter which end you look from, if the wires "going away" from
you proceed CCW, it is "left hand" twist, also known (in rope) as "Cable lay"
