Does it have to be burst? 

If you were to separate the anchors for the top guys from those for the
other 2 sets, you could then demonstrate that a single guy failure can only
produce one of two scenarios -- if a top guy fails, the tower folds over at
the middle guy set, with the debris falling around the part of the tower
which remains standing; or if one of the middle or bottom guys fails, the
tower folds in the middle, but is tethered by the top guys which restrict
debris to a relatively small circle around the base.

The separation doesn't have to be very much -- in fact, the added guy rods
could probably go into the same anchor.
