It just takes one DPDT switch or relay.
I'll try a word picture:

One moveable contact goes to rig a.
The other moveable contact goes to rig b.
Apply two criss-cross jumpers to the fixed contacts.
Connect antenna A to one of these jumpers.
Connect antenna B to the other jumper.

I once used two 3-way light switches, in a two-gang metal box,
with the switch handles drilled and tied together by a long #6
screw and nuts. Three way 120 vac light switches are great for
spdt switching 1500W of RF.

B&W also used to make a dpdt coax transfer switch. You could try to
find one of those.

Also, 52 dpdt transfer switches (100W?) were constructed by the
Slovenians
for WRTC 2000. Some of these may be floating around.
