With the home representing the highest value purchase many will make, I would
present this question to both a lawyer and the insurance company. If you think
your XYL hates your radio stuff now just wait until the house is on the ground
and the insurance company refuses to pay off due to a technicality.
There is no INSURANCE for an XYL in RANT mode. :-)
