I recently purchased and installed two F12 antennas. The only reason
they are F12 is I bought them USED. After all the stories about poor
customer service, delayed shipments, missing parts, etc. the only way I
would go with F12 was buying antennas that have already been delivered
and been assembled to make sure all the parts are there and complete.
If I couldn't find the antennas used, I would have gone with another
supplier.

Perhaps they are just too busy with commercial products and the ham
antennas are an afterthought iin the production line. Still, it's a
shame they do business the way they do. BTW, they are great performers.
