Speaking of "poorly run" does anyone know what is going on at Idiom Press? I
ordered
rotor control rs-232 kit and paid cash at hamfest. So far no response to
emails,
phone
calls or FAX inquiring as to order status. Rod w7zrc

dx engineering runs the place like a full time business,,, not a hobby...
being an electronic manufacturers rep (30 yrs) I've seen both
customers and manufacturers that are run like a zoo... a poorly run zoo.
nothing beats exceeding expectations.... and we hams have beewn
conditioned to mediocre expectations.
