Bob ,
Sheaves from McMaster-Carr http://www.mcmaster.com/#rope-pulleys/=szwb6p item #3434T119.
They're steel instead of aluminum. I'm in the process of replacing mine. The main is
pretty easy, it gets a bit tedious, but not terribly difficult on the 2 inner. I'm
replacing the 3/16" inner cable with 1/4".
Since you're replacing the sheaves, you'll be able to get the cable ends (with
the swaged in thimbles) thru the brackets.

I'd like to replace the lifting cables, cable sheaves and pins. I can't find
a source through a Google search, so I thought I would try the resources of
the reflector. I have read that a new lifting cable set can be fabricated by
a cable rigging company and stainless steel parts are available to replace
the sheaves and pins. I am looking for sources.
Any help appreciated.
