I used Microsoft Internet Explorer and never have the problem with
TowerTalk.  The only thing that I may do differently is that I have created
a TowerTalk folder in the Inbox folder.  Any e-mail with TowerTalk in the
address is automatically routed to that folder.  I have this done with each
reflector that I belong to and for the reflectors that my wife belongs to so
I can keep every incoming e-mail in their separate folders. Possibly that
overrides the "junk folder". Try it and see if that fixes it. The only thing
that goes into my "junk" folder is junk.

I had the same problem with my k4wj@att.net (provided by Yahoo.)

I set up filters for all of the reflectors I am a member of. The filters are
set up to send each message to the IN box. They have been working very well
for me.
