Get some thin stainless sheet....DX Engineering sells it.
Wrap it around the tower leg and then put your grounding
clamp on it.  This is what I do even with my galvanized
tower.  Since it is aluminum, you might put some of that
(I can't remember the name) conductive paste meant for
aluminum antennas between the SS and the tower let.

Also, should the MP2 hinge  be bridged with copper braid ? Once again, the 
issue of the copper braid connecting to the aluminum.
